Well, I totally agree that the best way to improve a skill is by teaching others. Because first, before teaching others certain skills, we need to be well-prepare for the teaching. For example, I need to do research on the internet, read academic journals, or even do mock teaching in front of mirror before demonstrating the knowledge to other people. In that case, I could have a better understanding of what I am going to teach. Plus, through the teaching process, the other person may point out some different viewpoints or even mistakes I make during the short lesson. Those are things that I could not realize if I keep working on things alone. Therefore, both the teachers and the learners can get accurate knowledge.

阅读：

student proposal 提议设立single room给first-year student 1)help student adjust to university life 2)old dorm 在renovation所以可以把它改成single rooms

听力：

听力女生不同意接着就是说新生一个人并不会变好，有个人陪伴一起去咖啡厅，一起谈论新的东西挺好的，还能成为close friends，第二个原因是那个地方已经打算要建classroom了

TASK3

阅读：

stopover habitat，动物在途中会停留栖息，要有食物、适合的环境

听力：

例子是一种鸟，在迁徙过程中会在一个地方停留休息。因为那个地方有：

1.insects吃的、水steam，可以supply 鸟的生活

2. 有很多leafy grass 所以大鸟向下看不容易发现他们，他们就躲在grass里享受虫子。

TASK4

人们喜欢重复做让自己高兴的事，但是做多了 就没那么愉悦了，怎样可以preserve enjoyment

方法一就是change a little each time距离A man likes hiking然后如果每次都hike一样就会觉得无聊 但是如果去不同的地方hike就会保留enjoyment

第二方法就是改变timing和frequency 比如一个woman喜欢吃雪糕 如果每天都吃那就很快厌倦 那么她就可以几周吃一次这样更好
