Nowadays, traveling has become a most fashionable choice for many holidaymakers. When asked about the way they travel, each individual may express his own preferences. Some would like to have a companion during the journey, saying it is safer and more enjoyable to be with a friend, while others would rather travel alone and as freely as possible. From my standpoint, I am more in favor of the former.

Firstly, due to safety concerns, it is better to have a reliable person by one"s side when traveling in unfamiliar places. To illustrate, temptedby the desire for gain, some evil locals might cheat unguarded tourists of money. Among the victims, most are traveling alone. Companions, on the other hand, are able to give cautious reminders to each other all the time. With mutual protection, the possibility of falling into traps diminishes. Besides, during a long journey, there might be unexpected happenings or even emergencies. For instance, a traveler may suddenly fall ill. At this critical moment, a partner would be of great help. He could take hissick friend to the hospital without any delay and take good care of him until he recovers. But for the assistance from a companion, travelers would be exposed to more dangers on the way.

Secondly, traveling expenditures may be cut down and much money can be saved. Regarding the accommodation on the journey, companions can share a double room in a hotel. Thus, each of them only has to pay half of the room price. The same is true with eating. It is a most popular choice for travelers to go dutch when having meals in restaurants. In this way, not only can they enjoy more dishes, but they can also spend less money than people who dine alone. In addition, on the trip, there might be the necessity to rent vehicles. Likewise, transportation costs can be shared equally between themas well.

Last but not least, being with a friend will make the traveling experience more joyful and interesting. I suppose many people might agree with the notion that happiness is to be shared rather than kept to oneself. For example, when beautifulsights present themselves, partners can take photos for each other to their hearts" content. Thus,unforgettable moments have been recorded both in the cameras and in their minds. Meanwhile, they can also have enjoyable chats, play entertaining games and tell funny stories to each other. These all add to the pleasure of a trip.

In sum, having a partner during a trip is more advantageous than being totally alone. Those who travel alone may face more risks and troubles in the process. "Two heads are better than one." Friends can take care of each other whenever unexpected situations occur. Thus, in order to enjoy a worry-free trip, it is better to travel with a companion.

其次，结伴出行可降低旅行费用，从而节省很多钱。对于旅行期间的住宿，旅伴们可以合住旅馆的双人间。如此，每个人只需支付一半的房费。用餐方面也是如此。餐馆就餐AA制最受旅友们欢迎。这样，他们不仅可以享受更多美食，还比单独就餐花钱更少。此外，在旅途中也有租车的必要。车费同样也可以分摊。

最后，与朋友在一起使旅途更快乐、更有趣。想必很多人都赞同一点，那就是，幸福是要分享的，而不是独享的。例如，当眼前出现绚丽美景时，同伴们可以尽情地给彼此拍照留念。于是，难忘的时光不仅被相机记录，也深深铭刻在他们的脑海中。与此同时，他们还可以开心地聊天、玩有趣的游戏以及给对方讲笑话。这些都为旅行增添了欢乐。

总之，结伴旅行比独自旅行更有优势。单独出游的人们在途中也许会面临更多的风险和麻烦。“人多智广。”每当意外状况发生时，朋友可以互相照顾。因此，为了享受无忧无虑的旅行，最好能与旅伴同行。
