Some people think employees should complete their work as perfectly as possible; other people think people should try to do more work. Which do you agree with?

Well，I think employees should complete their work as perfectly as possible. That is because obviously, if they don"t do that, once there are problems found in their work like the layout of documents, the font of words or even the key points are missing in the PowerPoint, they need to go back to modify it, to make it better. Therefore, during this process, they will waste a lot of time on going back and forth. And also, if employees try to make the work as perfectly as possible, it gonna leave a good impression on the boss because the boss will think they take their work seriously, and they are responsible staff. So it"ll be easier for them to get a promotion, help them earn a brighter future in this company.

阅读：

学校想要改变学生attendance policy的这个政策，有两个优点，第1个优点就是可以激励学生出席课堂，第2个优点就可以让学校有一个统一的标准。

听力：

态度：反对

第一，已经有更严格的要求了，一个很松的要求没有意义。

第二是学生会觉得confused，如果这个要求和老师的syllabus不一样

学校的要求是如果学生有四次没有来就会降低她的grad。然后那个女学生说，就是教授的要求是两三次

心理学概念maladaptive diffusion

听力：

讲一个在某处有用的概念传播到别处可能不实用，教授给的例子是一类在美国南部的房子，有大房顶来阻挡太阳和制造shape，但是当它在美国流行起来，寒冷地区的人们造这样的房子就会面临雪堆在房顶上，春天来了雪融化导致房子漏水的问题。
